AFC U-23 Qualifiers: India set to lock horns with Qatar in a friendly

New Delhi: India U-23 is all set to face Qatar U-23 in an international friendly before the Qualifiers.
The team will reportedly be led by Derrick Pereira, although the All India Football Federation (AIFF) is yet to announce the head coach officially. The team will travel to Uzbekistan for the qualifiers which are scheduled to be played from 22nd March to 26th March this year. India has been placed alongside Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Pakistan in Group F.
The winners of each of the 11 groups along with best four runner-ups will qualify to the finals of the AFC U-23 Championship 2020. India U-23 camp is scheduled to take place from 2nd March to 8th and again from 16th to 19th in the same month. They will face Qatar U-23 on 20th or 21st March.
The probable squad for the camp is as given:
