FC Goa threaten to move out of Goa.
Panaji : Indian Super League outifit have threatened to move out of Goa for the other rest of the season as they are finding it difficult to manage the costs of security and traffic control being charged by the Goan police.
The team management has written to the Goan CM and has asked to alleviate the team of this problem.
The Goan police has been charging hefty sums of money from FC Goa. The police charged a huge sum of 3.3 crore rupees last season and over the four seasons the amount has gone up to approximately 10 crores.
The Odisha Government is reportedly open to hosting the home games of FC Goa and if the problem is not solved, the Jaydev Modi owned club might be playing away from its home soil for the rest of the season.
