Indian Super League to begin in mid-November.
The kick-off date for the league has been officially announced.
The seventh edition of the Indian Super League (ISL) is slated to begin from the 20th of November this year.
This time around, there is already a lot of buzz in the nation as this season brings a host of changes in the league. Mohun Bagan has been merged with ATK. East Bengal backed by corporate entity Shree Cement has made its foray into the league, bringing the much famous Kolkata derby onto the elite stage of Indian football.
Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, this season of ISL will be a closed-door affair as no crowd will be in the stadia to back these teams.

The league will be played only in Goa this time. The Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda, the Tilak Nagar Stadium in Vasco da Gama, and the GMC Athletic Stadium in Bambolim will be hosts for this season. Fatorda The stadium may host the league opener. 12 training grounds have been prepared for the teams.
With the league opening date already announced, fans are expecting the schedule of the league to be out soon.
