Jamshedpur FC vs Chennaiyin FC

Jamshedpur: Indian forward Gaurav Mukhi, who was recently cleared to play recently by the All Indian
Football Federation (AIFF), scored his first goal of the season in his return to Indian Super League (ISL)
outfit Jamshedpur FC's reserve team against Chennaiyin FC in a friendly match.

The 21-year old had an assist to his name for the team against Chennaiyin reserves which they won 4-2.
The Jamshedpur FC senior team is scheduled to play two times- champions Chennaiyin on Saturday in a
closed door affair.

Mukhi was banned last season for six months by the apex football governing body in the country for
age-fraud.
The Federation's Disciplinary Committee had banned him in the month of November last year, which
upon submission of correct documents, was lifted.

Mukhi came to limelight after he scored a goal against Bengaluru FC on October 7 last year and went on
to be named as the 'Indian Super League's youngest-ever goal-scorer' which later turned out to be false
resulting in an embarrassment for the league as the 16-year-old was found to be overaged.
